Douglas C. Zahm
Mr.Zahm is the president and sole stockholder of the company. He is a licensed practicing attorney and a member of the Florida Bar since October 1973. He practices extensively in real estate law and commercial litigation. In addition, he represents numerous financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
Douglas M. Bales
Mr. Bales is a partner as well as a Real Estate Attorney in practice since 1988 and Board Certified since 2000. He has wide-ranging experience in the real estate industry, including all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigaton, bankruptcies, replevins, note suits and real estate closings.
LynnDee Snyder
Mrs. Snyder is the VP/COO and has been in the title and real estate industry since 1998. She is responsible for the company’s day to day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control; process analysis, client relations, staffing, and business development for Consumer Title. LynnDee is a licensed Title Agent for the State of Florida. Organization memberships include REOMAC and Women in Default Services (WinDS) where she serves on the Education Committee.

Anne Origlio
Anne Origlio has been in the title and real estate industry since 1991. Anne joined Consumer Title in 2000 and is currently the acting REO Manager and Sr. Escrow officer. She is responsible for the department’s day to day operations, including creating and implementing new products and procedures within the closing department. Prior to joining Consumer Title, her industry experience included work with Diamond Title Agency and Bay Bank & Trust Company.

John Tagaras
Mr. Tagaras graduated from the University of Connecticut and received his Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. His 25 years in the title industry include being a closer, title examiner and previous owner of Nutmeg Title Services, Inc. in Stamford, CT. This vast knowledge and experience has made him a master in his field for curing title defects surrounding REO properties.
