Meet Our Team
Scott Armstrong
Scott serves as the President and a stockholder of Consumer Title and Escrow Services, Inc. He is responsible for the company’s day to day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control, process analysis, client relations, staffing, and business development. Scott is a licensed Title Agent for the State of Florida and has worked in the real estate industry since 1989.
Douglas Bales
Douglas is a stockholder of the company, as well as a Real Estate Attorney in practice since 1988 and Board Certified since 2000. He has a wide range of experience in the real estate industry, including all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy, replevins, note suits and real estate closings.
Christy Sero
Christy serves as the Closing and Escrow Specialist of the company with more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, including but not limited to REO sales, Short Sales, Residential Transactions, and Commercial Transactions. She has been a loyal employee of Consumer Title since 2012.
